Josh and I were lucky enough to take a trip to Washington DC and Virginia to see his aunt and uncle and cousins. It was our first trip without kids in 5 years. It was really nice to be able to just hang out and not have to plan anything. We got to spend a lot of time with family and we were able to see a lot of amazing sites in DC.
Atleigh had her belt testing in taekwondo and was promoted to the next level. She broke a board with her hand using a palm strike. 😉 She's pretty proud of herself! She has also learned how to ride her bike without training wheels. And she is finishing up her last session of swim lessons. She had moved up to level 4 and is swimming the full length of the pool! We are so proud of her and all that she has accomplished.
Tristan, well... he's two, so you know. He plays outside. Takes things apart. Runs. Jumps. Climbs. He's staying busy that's for sure! And keeps us busy too.
Josh is enjoying his summer off and has built many Lego structures with the kids.
And me, well.... I am doing pretty good. I feel like I am just going down the side effect list for the tamoxifen. The nausea is pretty much gone. Headaches are better. And now I have just moved on to dizziness, night sweats, hot flashes, extreme tiredness, and a few others. Hopefully my body will adjust or I will learn to deal.
For the most part things are good.

It was nice to see this and get to get caught up on the family. You guys can always come hang with us in the mountains, you might see a bear, lots of hummingbirds, birds - never know. Very kid friendly house. I will continue to pray for you and the family, you are amazing folks!
