It's that time of year, again...
Lunch packing season! UGH! If there is one thing I really don't like to do it is to pack lunches. Thank goodness I am only doing it for one kid. Tristan started back to preschool on Monday. The kid needs structure and other people! And I need quite time. :)
Atleigh will be doing online school again, thus I am only packing lunches for Tristan. So that is nice. We recently found out that Atleigh has dyslexia. What a relief for all of us. She knew something was going on and she was getting really frustrated with herself. She would tell me to stop moving the book when we were reading. The words look like they are jumping all over the page for her. She was only using capital Bs and Ds because she couldn't remember which way the lower case letters went. Now we have answers and can help her and explain to her that her brain learns to read differently and that it's harder for her to learn to read so we have to work more.
I had a check up with my oncologist. Things are looking good. Only a few more months on Nerlynx! Thank goodness. It is causing me a lot of problems. I will be glad when I am done with it. I have been in PT for my shoulder (due to radiation). Things are FINALLY getting better after 6 months of PT. Finally! Thank goodness.
Things are pretty low key right now and I want to keep it that way!
